Please add your agenda items. The following is what we have so far:

+ Proposal: Have announcements at the beginning of meetings due to the common occurrence of people leaving early. Announcements should be made 1st so that information can be shared with more people. Have these announcements clearly written on paper for when people arrive late who missed the announcement.

+ Proposal: Table/outreach twice a week at various locations up to the election (and after). To start, myself & Kim have agreed to be on board with this. Use doodle.com for coordination if needed.

+ Proposal: Create postcards with a brief statement that are self-stamped & self-addressed perhaps with a political cartoon. Our target(s) would have to be decided on. Have these available during public outreach for people to sign and we would mail them. Take a photo of each signed card & upload them to the web. These could be mailed to WNYC radio and local television stations confronting their lack of coverage of "3rd-party" candidates + their excess reporting on the duopoly/money party being the only important people in the election.

+ Continue with strategic plan, this week focusing on "cultural changes" that are needed.
